Funerals and Unveilings

A gravestone engraved with a Jewish star and a number of small stones placed on the top.

Funerals and unveilings are very emotional, and sometimes all a grieving person wants to do is let someone else take charge. Rabbi Noyo has a kind and patient pastoral presence, and she can help you move through the tender planning process as you say goodbye to your loved one.

Rabbi Noyo wants to get to know your loved one through you, and will listen to your stories and memories. In planning your service, she can provide English readings and poetry, both biblical and secular, to be read by her or a mourner. Rabbi Noyo chants Hebrew prayers beautifully, and can include traditional prayers or other songs. She always brings large-print transliterated copies of the Mourner's Kaddish. She will also offer assistance in communicating with the funeral home as necessary. Her services reflect the life and dignity of the deceased, while providing comfort to the mourners. She is also available for shiva minyans.

Throughout the process, Rabbi Noyo is committed to offering unwavering support and compassion. She is available to answer any questions, provide counsel, and help families through the emotional complexities of death and mourning.
